Implementing HSE Management System at all project sites in line with Targets & Objectives.
Conducting various HSE Audits on onsite Fabrication yards and offshore installation site.
Coordinating with Client and conducting for ISM, ISPS audits for offshore going vessels.
Ensuring and verifying safety precautions stipulated on PTW, Risk Assessment and JSA.
Verifying third party certification for loose lifting gear, pressure vessels, electrical equipment etc, is correctly color coded and being used properly.
Closely monitor high risk activities; Structural lifting, confined space, H2S monitoring, work at high, movement of abnormal loads etc.
Taking, immediate actions on any danger situations observed on projects and notify the Project team for their actions and the follow ups thereafter.
Preparing & implementing Risk register, Aspect and impact register for Project and Marine assets.
Creation and analyze of Near-miss and Hazard Logs and mitigating risk with respect to take appropriate control measures.
Participated various Safety related studies such as QRA, Hazid, Dropped object and Ship collision.
Conducting Safety meetings across site locations to review the HSE performance.
Planning and implementing of various HSE programs and promotional activities.
Get the Company certified under OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001.
Driving Behavioral Based Safety program.
Implementation of HSE policy & procedures to ensure field compliance and arrangements on all of the Business Areas Construction projects.
Planning and implementing internal audits (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & 9001) of the organization, subsequently providing findings to all relevant personnel.
