Responsibilities:
As Product Marketing Manager, reports to the General Manager & works closely with a sales team in an ERP system enabled environment to drive product development activities to achieve annual performance targets for the complete product range, including distribution panels, breakers, metal boxes, switches, & sockets as per the set key performance indicators.
• Build accurate forecast of market demand and design business plans based on marketing mix parameters- product, price, promotion, and place.
• Develop marketing strategy and launch campaigns for a variety of low voltage electrical construction products manufactured by the company.
• Manage the product life cycle, define product features and capabilities, and explore scope to develop new products and continuously enhance product attributes for current ones.
• Identify market opportunities, address customer problems, and analyze customer feedback to develop customer insights.
• Define product positioning and develop marketing communication for product branding and packaging.
• Analyse business potential to develop and execute marketing plans, using appropriate sales tools & marketing collaterals.
• Interface with Technical Department to ensure that newly developed products meet customer and industry specifications and cost requirements.
• Conduct marketing campaigns and make sales offers as well as organize seminars & exhibitions to create demand.
• Deliver technical & sales training as well as channel partner training and motivate teams in improve performance.
• Continuously work on sales plan, flow up on distribution planning with factory, & strive to achieve objectives.

Phase in of alf new wiring accessories and phase out of alf classic (SAR180 Million project)
Phase in of new Raysan Load center and phase out of old Raysan (SAR 600 Million project)
Phase in of switch box with cement guard and phase out of switch box without cement guard (SAR 50 Million project)
Made significant contribution to conduct over 100 seminars in GCC area to market and launch new products to target audience.
