Successfully completed Projects from inception (project feasibility, tender enquiry preparation, techno commercial; in charge of all networks at the Saudia City (Sewage, Water, Electricity, Firefighting, Swimming Pools, Irrigation & TV); Saudia City is a depended city owned by the Saudi Arabian Airlines and it consists of Saudia Airlines HQ, Residential & Stewardesses Compounds, Hospital, Training Center, Recreational & Commercial Centers and Water Treatment Plant with annual contract value of 26 million Riyals.
KEY RESULT AREAS
•Strong presence in all phases of Real Estate Project Management activities, including, but not limited to, program development, budgeting and estimating, planning and design, scheduling, knowledge of furniture systems, procurement of design and construction vendors, conflict resolution, cost negotiations, project implementation, oversight and close-out.
•Participated in conceptual development, design and implementation of infrastructures.
•Utilize influence and strong relationships with all levels of the organization, Site Operations’ partners, leaders and subject matter experts, to gather feedback and input in order to gain a clear understanding of the business.
•Leverage business knowledge to provide a comprehensive perspective and early input on safety, conceptual project development and total cost of ownership thru lifecycle cost analysis to various levels of leadership including the segment Head chairman.
•Responsible for portfolio construction, sourcing, due diligence, manager/fund selection.

•Manage and coordinate the activities of the Project Teams during the course of the Project through the conceptual planning, programming, engineering, construction, procurement and installation, security systems, IT structured cabling, user occupancy and final Project close-out and turnover to facilities in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.
•Monitor design and construction activities to insure that all phases of the performance of the work are done in accordance with established standards, contractual agreements, and as expeditiously and economically as possible.
•Manage teams executing project requests relating to repositioning programs, renovating and reconfiguring site space, replacement or upgrading building infrastructure and support systems, and relocating staff.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
•From April, 2009 until end of 2012, as a General Manager, managed to raise occupancy from 60% to 98%,
•Raise annual rent by 50% and accordingly raising annual income from 4.99 million in 2008 to 12.7 million in 2012.
•Renovated the compound by upgrading facilities and units.

•Advertisement and holding advertising permit from the Ministry of Information and Culture.
