• Supervise the maintenance teams to ensure the availability of equipments.
• Establishment of a production system based on the Lean management rules;
• Managing the quality and safety of the two factories;
• Establishment of an organization adapted to the new plant (Evaluation of positions, recruitment and training);
• Support the development of the dairy processing (coordination with sales management, marketing,
R & D, supply chain and the HR)
• Responsible of the performances improvement of the two industrial plant;

• Managing employees: 170 people, including 5 engineer and 25 technicians;

o 10% reduction of the production cost;
o 5% improvement of the industrial margin;
o Improvement of the productivity of packaging lines (with lean manufacturing);
o Extension of production capacity (From 180 m3/D to 260 m3 /D)
• Ensure the industrial performance of the two plants, the means of production and park trucks, with effective operations management of preventive and curative maintenance;
• ensure the facilities maintenance according to the intern standards;
• Responsible of the technical and specific projects of the domain (production of clean energy, waste treatment project and specific equipment installation projects)
• Implementation of preventive maintenance programs, routings, instructions Post
• Development and monitoring of operating and investment budgets;

• Managing a fleet of supply trucks, transportation personnel and the agricultural machines;
• Project team member: Construction of a new milk processing plant:
o Budget: 200 MMDH
• Responsible of: Metal frame; GC, Process, Packaging machines;
o Validation of CPS;
o Consultations and analysis of the offers;
o Selection of suppliers and negotiations
o Monitoring of implementation from the beginning to start up;
• Managing the production and maintenance activities and also the technical development of the three plants of SADET (Temara, Fès et Bouskoura);
• Certification ISO 9001 V2000 : establishment of the obligatory documents related to the maintenance activity and needed to have the certificate
• adoption of the quality culture in the maintenance service (training, sensitization and also motivation of employees);
• Establishment of an homogeneous maintenance organization between the three plants based on the preventive maintenance
• Managing the maintenance activity of the services stations and industry clients which belong to the company (30 technicians and 150 service station)
• In charge of the installation projects of new service stations according to the planning and according to the CMH standards and respecting the safety of persons and equipments (principally the risks related to handling and welding works)
• Establishment and monitoring of the operating and investment budget
• Redaction of safety standards based on risk analysis in the hydrocarbon sector (only the main risks).
• Managing of the plant maintenance activity (preventive and corrective maintenance)

• Member of the project team : Harmonization of the maintenance management between all the plants of MANAGEM
• Managing a team of 25 persons to ensure maintenance tasks of the machinery park (mechanical, hydraulical, electrical and welding workshops) in order to ensure availability of machines (realized availability of 80%)
