Key Initiatives &Positions of Responsibility: -

 Develop detailed project baseline schedules for 33kV & 11kV substation EPC works including engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
 Prepare Level 3 / Level 4 schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
 Establish WBS, activity sequencing, logic links, and milestones in line with contract requirements.
 Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week / 4-week / monthly) for site execution teams.
 Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules.
 Collect weekly and monthly progress data from site and discipline engineers.
 Analyze schedule variances, identify critical path activities, and propose recovery plans.
 Prepare delay analysis, impact analysis, and mitigation strategies.
 Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams to align project
activities.
 Track procurement and delivery schedules for major equipment such as transformers, switchgear, protection
panels, RTUs, telecom panels, and cables.
 Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management and clients.
 Attend project review meetings and present planning status and forecasts.
 Support project teams in resource planning and manpower forecasting.
 Monitor planned vs actual manpower and equipment deployment.
 Assist Project Manager in identifying potential time-related cost impacts.
 Review contract schedules, milestones, and time-related clauses.
 Maintain proper records for EOT (Extension of Time) and claims substantiation.
 Identify scheduling risks and constraints related to design approvals, material delivery, statutory inspections, and client clearances.
 Ensure planning activities comply with client specifications, project procedures, and EPC best practices.

• Worked as a Planning Engineer in PMO department.
• Prepare the L2, L3 schedule for the all projects by MS Project software.
• Prepare the schedule of all active network project and passive network projects.
• Prepare project plan, work breakdown structure, overall and detailed schedule, progress reports and
presentations during proposal and execution stages under the guidance of Project Controls Manager.
• Prepare the project progress presentation in Power BI Dash board.
• Coordinate with all vendor and client for update the project progress.
• Organize the daily, weekly and monthly progress meeting with all departments and prepare the MoM reports
of different projects.
• Involve in SAP By. Design and update the project progress.
• Monitor critical path & overall schedule on a daily basis by collecting necessary data for the same.
• Develop implement plan versus actual progress chart (s curve). Reports and analyses deviation from plan.
• Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the area of concern which required
action of the associate task member.
• Prepare catch up plans, look ahead plans based on inputs from respective sources and review with the Project
Control Manager.
• Support the Project Controls Manager in the development and delivery of written/verbal presentations to the
companys leadership and customer Coordinate with cost controller to establish congruence between
planning and cost work breakdown structure (WBS).

Project Executed

• Prepare detailed L-2, L-3 schedules using software packages such as Ms Project, rigorously monitor the same
during project implementation. (This includes, master schedule preparation, alignment of functional schedules for
engineering, procurement and construction with the overall schedule, data collection for scheduling, developing
network logic, tracking actual vs. schedule progress, forecasting, trend analysis, resources planning)
• Prepare project plan, work breakdown structure, overall and detailed schedule, progress reports and

petrochemical project.

• Hands on experience in structural drawing check & equipment drawing check.
• Adept at handling various quality-related tools/techniques with proficiency in quality supervision and
implementation in compliance to the defined standards of ISO
• Responsible for design of Structural steel design, Foundation design, concrete design etc.
• Document control and filing.
• Fabrication, erection and designing of high temperature pressure vessel, conveyors and equipment etc.
• Preparing and transferring documents of design and executing across a portfolio of projects harmonizing technical
needs with business realities.
