- Receive patients’ enquirers about medical services. Communication pre-surgery guidelines. Book consultation for patients accordingly.
- Greet patients and assist them in filling forms and documents, case histories, such as intake and insurance form.
- Handling complaints 24/7 from bariatric and/or endo-sleeve surgery patients.
- Manage data base Entry for IFSO.
- Manage data entry of patients for Bariatric and endo-sleeve surgeries
- Documentation of correspondence using Practice Clinical System
- Documentation and production of prescriptions and pre-surgery and post-surgery requirements
- Manage calendar appointments and email communication on daily basis. Daily reports on activities sent to Consultants.
- Manage billing and coordinate with hospital for medical insurance claims.
- Follow up with patient’s post-surgery for feedback and cross selling of BSC services
- Perform any reasonable administrative tasks are requested.
- Manage Facebook page including social interaction and replies
- Maintain any personal correspondence files as required by the Practice
- To assist in the cancellation of surgeries due to sickness by contacting patients and to re-appoint either by letter or telephone.
- Organizing medical/surgery calendar and coordinate between Consultant, hospitals and patients.
- Report on Monthly surgeries at assigned hospitals
- Follow up on patients’ bills and payment receipts
- Manage patients’ admission with hospitals in coordination with Consultants.
- Schedule and confirm patient diagnostic appointments surgeries or medical consultations.
- Interview patients to complete documents, case histories, or forms such as intake or insurance forms.
- Maintain medical records, technical library or correspondence files, compile and record medical charts, data documentation and reports.
- Develop surgery and patients’ analytical insights, in addition to yearly reports on surgeries, patients’ visits and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparation and organisation of annual events related to Obesity like Queen of Fitness and Crown Fitness Juniors.
