o Other HR Developpement tasks :
Monitoring projects of Career and Succession Planning processes, classification, job descriptions, and involvement in annual performance evaluation...
Implement and communicate HR policies and processes in the Seat as well as BU and guarantee their respect to secure quality, efficiency and effectiveness...
Monitor and evaluate HR Key Performance Indicators.

HR Administration and social actions:
Organization of :Women's Day, monthly food allocations, Aachoura, pilgrimage operation, farewell events ...; roll out of agreements with hotels and gyms for staff; Case tracking of disease
Preparing work and training certificates

Legal and litigation:
o Insurance: Realization of a satisfaction survey on actual insurance, negotiating with insurance company to optimize the coverage per employee
o Workplace accident: Roll out the occupational accidents management policy, launch a campaign to raise employee awareness, (Produce monthly reports, monitoring repayments, quarterly comparative between our indicators and those of the insurance company)
