1- Recruited to help open new companies or branches in KSA and Jordan for Hospitals and Ministry of Health as well as schools and other fields.
2- Guiding the startup and management of a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs.
3- Worked with senior management to create HR policies and procedures
4- Recruit employees, doctors, teachers, management positions
5- Create group benefits databases; and follow up on candidates
6- Develop orientation, training and incentive programs.
7- Manage leave-of-absence programs and personnel records for the office staff
8- Administer benefits enrollment and programs for the office
9- Administer HR budget
Adheres to Company's SOP guidelines to ensure efficient, purchasing, receiving, goods storage and facility maintenance.
2- Duties also include, inventory, ordering/purchasing, quality controlling.
3- Provide leadership and direction to utility and culinary team including training, developing, coaching and guiding new staff.
4- Additional related duties and special projects as assigned
5- Maintaining accounting and cashier duties.
