-Leading the Commercial and Contracts department for Indian Entity for Projects are related to Transmission lines, Sub - Stations, Rural Electrification for Power sector and complete MEP solutions for building and infrastructure sectors
-Managing a team of Quantity surveyors at Project Site.
-Preparation of contractual entitlements and change orders including EOT and additional costs arising of claims.
-Preparing and analyzing Dispute resolutions process including settlements, arbitration, NCLT and litigation with customers as well as suppliers / sub-contractors.
-Preparing, negotiating and drafting non-disclosure agreements, terms sheets, JV / Consortium agreements (in consultation with Legal team) and any other agreements required for business.
-Pre contract review of new tenders / proposals including identification of risks and suggesting mitigation strategy. Also identification of opportunities and suggesting strategy to maximize the gains.
-Assisting Head Commercial and Contracts in formulation of strategy on legacy contracts and new opportunities.
-Support project teams to complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate.
-Review contracts at proposal stage and recommend amendments or other risk mitigations.
-Draft contractual letters in adherence with contract clauses.
-Prepare and track delay/ damages events.
-Draft alternative contract clauses, where required, and support project teams to negotiate and finalize contracts.
-Draft and negotiate contracts/ agreements with the vendors ensure clearance from HOD and Legal.
-Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
-Advise operations and projects teams on contract-related issue resolution.
-Ensure adherence with company policy, procedures and corporate limits.
-Ensure close out of all non-conformances identified (audit etc.)
-Review of tender and contract documents to ensure offer compliance.
-Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders.
- Evaluation and Submission of Interim Payments Applications to Client/ Consultant.
- Regulate and constantly review the accuracy and relevancy of subcontractors applications for
payment, variation submission and pursuit of claims.
- Control and supervise activities of Quantity Surveyors and other subordinate staff to maintain
positive cash flow.
- Estimate accruals.
- Monitor R&O, Commercial status progress on ongoing projects.
- Project cash flow forecast
- Monthly cost/profit result and forecast.
- Ensure cost accruals are accurate.
- Early identification of variance in cost and bring to the notice of management.
- Monitor & report on contingency.
To administer the contractual and commercial requirements and obligation of the Company and
subcontractors and provide input and support to the project team with the objective of minimizing cost and maximizing financial recovery.
- Evaluate and ensure accurate Risk & Opportunity, and manage to project it accordingly.
- Analyze Risk with Mitigation Measures.
- Evaluate interim and final accounts under the Main Contract.
- Regulate and constantly review the accuracy and relevancy of subcontractors applications for
payment, variation submission and pursuit of claims
- Monitor defect compliance
- Control and supervise activities of Quantity Surveyors and other subordinate staff to maintain
positive cash flow.

- Ensure all vendors are procured within authority limit.
- Monitor contract notices and consents are obtained.
- Dispute resolutions.
- Check and compare with contract provisions.
- Early identification & notification of deviations from plan.
- Ensure adherence with company policy, procedures and corporate limits.
- Ensure close out of all non-conformance identified (audit etc.)

Infrastructure & Mining Division
- Technical Estimation of entire Project (pre/post bidding).
- Risk Management.
- Analyze Risk with Mitigation Measures.
- Evaluate interim and final accounts under the Main Contract.
- Regulate and constantly review the accuracy and relevancy of subcontractors applications for
payment, variation submission and pursuit of claims
- Monitor defect correction compliance
- Control and supervise activities of Quantity Surveyors and other subordinate staff to maintain
positive cash flow.
- Estimate accruals.
- Evaluate and ensure accurate Risk & Opportunity, and manage to project it accordingly.
- Generate vendor agreements and amendments to the agreement to reflect the head contract.
- Ensure all vendors are procured within authority limit.
- Monitor contract notices and consents are obtained.
- Dispute resolutions.
- Check and compare with contract provisions.
- Early identification & notification of deviations from plan.
- Ensure proper recording of any re-allocation.
- Ensure adherence with company policy, procedures and corporate limits.
