-Preparing the Master Plan for Projects & selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project in co-ordination with Senior Planning Engineer and Project Controls Manager.
-Analyzing & calculating the schedule of resource requirements for projects and cost & resource loading into the construction schedule.
-Organizing Physical Progress Reports every Week & submitting Progress Report to the PMC and taking necessary action to keep the project on track.
-Depicting plans & presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as procedures diagrams and using Special Planning Computer Software’s: Primavera 6, Auto Cadd.
-Arranging Earned Value Analysis Report which shows performance of the project with respect to Planned Budget Vs Actual Work and Resources.
-Preparing daily, weekly, monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
-Monitoring, identifying, and reporting activities on baseline with critical or potential impact on schedule.
-Preparing comprehensive extension of time (EoT) claim
-Project coordination/progress meetings with project team and PMC

Project: Dredging of the Access Channel and the Naval Base reclamation works, environmental relocation and preservation works involving the transfer of seagrass, mangroves and corals from the Naval Base area, Revetment & Breakwater Construction for The New Port Project, Qatar.
