Defects Liability Period (DLP) & Post-Handover Works
• Actively involved in Defects Liability Period (DLP) works, ensuring prompt identification,
rectification, and closure of post-handover defects.
• Coordinated DLP snag rectification for LV & ELV systems including containment, cabling,
panels, fire alarm, BMS, UPS, emergency lighting, and earthing systems.
• Liaised with Engineer, O&M teams, and subcontractors to prioritize defects and execute
corrective actions without operational disruption.

defects during DLP.

closures.
• Supported final handover close-out, updating redlines and as-built documentation following
DLP activities.
• Ensured all rectification works complied with approved drawings, project specifications,
Saudi standards, and HSE requirements.

• Supervised electrical installation teams, ensuring execution in line with safety, quality, and
schedule requirements.
• Coordinated work permits, manpower, tools, and materials for planned activities.
• Oversaw installation of containment systems (cable trays, ladders, trunking, conduits).
• Supervised cabling & wiring works including pulling, dressing, glanding, and termination as
per approved drawings and cable schedules.
• Managed installation of LV/ELV panels, fire alarm & interface systems, UPS, CBS, BMS,
ICT systems, emergency lighting, and earthing systems.
• Coordinated with engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and
timely progress.
• Supported testing, pre-commissioning, inspections, and snag closure activities.
• Prepared redline drawings and assisted in as-built documentation.
• Enforced PTW, LOTO, PICOW, toolbox talks, and risk assessments on site.

• Supervised electrical installations for residential towers including wiring, lighting, DBs,
power outlets, and switches.
• Coordinated daily activities of electricians to ensure quality workmanship and timely
completion.
