• Achieve, maintain, reduce and control Logistics operational expenses according to Corporate Global guidelines by reducing by 18% operational expenses from 2004 till 2012.
• Analyse stock levels and maintain reliable and accurate inventory levels for the Greek affiliate; supply appropriate reporting on inventory levels and shelf life of items; identify 'at risk' items, achieving no loss from obsolete inventory.
• Inventory management - reconcile inventory (bulk and packed) monthly; perform physical counts and assist external / internal auditors with year-end/ mid/ full audit
