Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and
systems
Providing counseling on policies and procedures and managing visa
processing
Responsible for Recruitment(Blue Collars & White Collars)
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Managing payroll operations of over 800 employees by following
policies and procedures using Microsoft Dynamics 365
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to
policy and legal requirements, Resolving payroll discrepancies
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal
compliance
Monitoring staff performance and attendance
Handle the computation of end of service benefit, leave salary, partial
service gratuity release. Manage Annual Leave, Sick Leave,
Maternity Leave, salary Increment and promotion.
Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and
the employer's own employment policies and procedures
Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy
packages with staff and representatives.
Handle all employees’ related insurance policies: Medical/ Group
Life/Workmen Compensation and complete all required formalities.
Including and expelling of employees in Medical Plans, workmen
compensation & Group Life Policy.
Issuing Air ticket for annual leave purposes as per destination on
contract and budgeted rate, follow up on receiving related invoices.
Responsible for Employee welfare, Employee Relations &Employee
Exit Procedures.
Administration that includes front office management, Stationery-
pantry &Office Management,
Recruitment.
Payroll Management, Compensation & Benefit Management
Visa Process & Public Relations work
Administration & Employee Welfare
Training & Development
Dispute Handling & Employee Relations
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the
marketing department.
