Duties & Responsibilities:
• Planning, strategizing and leasing of the current and future portfolio of Times Square Center.
• Responsible for all leasing functions, which includes reviewing, negotiating and timely processing of the
lease agreements.
• Work with the Mall Operations and Marketing Managers in putting a strategy for Lease Extension
negotiations, finding where retail gaps exist and what retailers will best compliment those already in the
center.
• Compile various leasing reports
• Prepare Lease Agreement and all necessary documents to commercial and legal bind agreement with tenant
in coordination with Lease Admin staff.
• Determine requirements for Leasing and obtain authorization for proposed Leases.
• Prepare Regular Leasing Activity Reports and reporting to the Group GM on the status of each negotiation
held with potential tenants.
• Conduct negotiations with more than one Tenant for each lettable space and then make a recommendation
on preferred tenant to the Leasing Committee
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain all Leasing data and reports
• Check documents for Legal compliance
• Prepare Lease negotiation material and documentation
• Research Market studies
• Appoint the suitable tenants
• Update and giving advice about the local markets to finance department
• Finance & Tenancy Coordination supports
• Attend Leasing, Finance and Technical Meetings
• Liaise with internal Finance & Retail Delivery Team Departments
• Recommend improvements to leasing system and Liaise with External Customers on Leases, Rents and
Legal requirements
Implements a leasing process for an effective and efficient leasing work flow
• Creates an accurate client data base of all respective retailers to facilitate information retrieval and up-to-
date filling system ensuring that all relevant documentation is on file
• Prepares lease agreement, specialty license agreement and other leasing related documents
• Collects all required documents pertinent to the issuance of leases and licenses
• Ensures the accuracy of the agreed commercial terms relevant to the preparation of leases, licenses and
payment plan
• Coordinates with finance for rental payment collection
• Closely works with retail delivery team for shop fittings and designs
• Updates daily tracking sheet to closely monitor retail status
• Assists Senior Leasing Manager and Specialty Leasing Manager in the amendment of agreed lease terms
• Conducts written and phone call follow ups for all pending lease/license agreements and outstanding
payment due
Responsible for attending the court to solve legal issues for clients in Court under India Government.
• Responsible to appear on behalf of client in various court like :-
1, Magistrate Courts
2, District Courts
3, Family Courts
4, Consumer Court
