 Controlled Documents Incoming & outgoing.
 All the documents related to the Project such as ITP, QCP, QMP, Method Statements, NCRs, SORS, Correspondence, minutes of Meeting, Agenda, RFIA, CVI, Material Submittals, , Outgoing transmittal etc are properly kept and maintained.
 Issued drawings and documents to pre-determined recipients and reports to client.
