provide corrective action where appropriate, lead a team of
proffessional cleaners to ensure every area of hotel is
immaculately clean everyday, monitor the appearance, standards
and performance of all housekeeping team, to address
development needs identified from appraisal and to maximize
area of strength.

Establish and mainatain standards and procedures of
Dubai cleanliness standards for the entire hotel, patrol all floors to
ensure good work flow, responsible for the cordination of routine
r sponsibilities of employees, assist the manager in establishing
and maintaining pest control, landscape schedules for all area of
hotel, Ensure the trash removal meets with health safety and
sanitation regulations including receiving dock areas and
grounds sarrounding the areasm, Report maintainencefaults
and damage to machine, furniture and fittings in all areas of the
hotel to the concerned department.

Greeting guest and acquainting them with the hotel amenities, Anticipating guests needs and solving their problems .
Reserching dining and entertainment recommendations and
making reservations,
Providing directions and information about hotel facilities and
local points of intrest
