As a project Manager I am currently assigned for Project Management, Tender Submissions, Budget preparations, Cost Control, Progress meetings, Stakeholder Coordination's, Maintaining relationship with the Internal and external departments, Safety and Quality Control.
Earlier I was engaged in Preparation and Submission of Project Quality Plan, ITP, Quality reports, technical submittals of materials along with its compliance sheet, Material Procurement Schedule, Material Inspection Requests for Approval, Clearance of NCR, Raising Site Clarification Requests, follow up with Site Team for satisfactory implementation of work as per the approved quality plan.
Ensuring all the documents such as calibration reports, project forms, drawings etc. are up to date.
Preparation and submission of Biweekly and Monthly reports in coordination with the Site Engineer, Construction Manager, Planning Engineer, and Project Manager.
Attend Weekly and Monthly Project progress meetings.
Ensuring the material quality is under project specification limits.
Preparation of Method statement for all the activities related to Roads and Infrastructure works including Civil and Electromechnical works for Lifting station, Pump stations, Holding Tanks, Reservoirs etc.
Manages the Site and Asphalt Plant Laboratory.
Organize, and coordinate to carry out Quality tests for Soil, Aggregate, Concrete, Asphalt, Steel, Geotechnical investigations, Tests for pipes such as Hydrostatic, Mandrel, Deflection.
Coordinates with the External and Authority Material Testing Laboratories for test and report related matters.
Budget and Cost preparation of the Project together with the Project Manager.
Material Takeoff for the Infrastructure works in the absence of QS.
Actively involve and support the Project management and Contracts team for Tender Submissions.
Responsible for taking Material Approvals from the Authorities and from Project Consultant.
Working closely with the Procurement team to ensure that the procured materials meet the Project specification and requirement.
Responsible for Asphalt plant quality Control, mix design preparation, review, and process for submission to take approvals.
