Quality will be verified of welding/NDT and other tasks by applicable plan/specification etc.
Inspection will be performed based on contract between Bureau veritas and client.
Issue inspection report/Non conformity report/Observation memo/release note etc.
• Carry out welding, piping and NDE inspections.
• Monitoring of contractor's and sub contractor's quality control activities and workmanships.
• Ensure all piping fabrication and installation activities comply with project specification and standards.
• Prepare and issue NCR (non conformance report) or TAA (technical assurance alert), if found any non compliances or deviations of specifications, codes and standards.
• Preparation of inspection reports on daily and weekly basis.
• Safety observation of all site and shop activities and if found unsafe, stop or intervene and report through safety observation card.(SOC)
