Job Requisitions and Recruitment:
• Provide assistance to hiring managers on relevant processes/procedures for creating job requisitions in Workday.
• Review all job requisition information for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approvals.
• Obtain Job Description and verify approval for the budget with Compensation staff.
• Posting vacancies and preparing for recruitment.
Applicant Processing:
• Complete screening of applicants in Workday.
• Scheduling and conducting initial telephonic interviews.
• Providing feedback to the Hiring Manager on initial interviews.
• Coordinate with the Hiring Manager for Technical round interviews
• Coordinate reference checks on final candidates.
• Respond to applicants, including the status of the recruitment process.
Administration
• Complete and review the hiring process for completeness and accuracy and enter the appropriate data information in Workday.
• Utilizing reports and job requisition files, and conducting audits to ensure the accuracy of entries and employee records.
• Issuing offer letters to the selected candidates.
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle, collaborating with the Line Manager to understand the staffing plan and candidate requirements, posting jobs, shortlisting suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and reference checks.
Preparing and issuing of employment contracts, coordinating with PROs for visas, medicals, and Emirates ID, and arranging travel, visa, and accommodation for a new employee.
Updating and drafting new employee policies and procedures.
Updating and maintaining Job descriptions and organizational charts.
Preparing all regional HR reports on monthly headcount, new starters, leavers, recruitment, and performance appraisal.
Conduct induction for new employees and training of HRIS system - Workday.
Enroll new employees in the insurance and coordinate with medical brokers and insurance companies for reimbursements and other claim forms.
Prepare EOSB for leavers and coordinate with the finance department for the final payment (through cash or Cheque).
Prepare service letters, conducting exit interviews and acknowledgment letters.
Assist employees in opening bank accounts and issuing related salary letters.
Conducting disciplinary meetings with employees and line managers and preparing and issuing warning letters.
Assist the Senior HR officer with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files, and sorting mail for the Human Resources department.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Coordinating with the admission process.
Responding to inquiries from prospective students, applicants, and recruitment agents regarding admissions activities such as program requirements, documentation requirements, admission statuses, and program start dates.
Support the admission team to convert inquiries into applicants and then convert applicants into enrolled students.
Responsible for hiring interns and full-time candidates.
• Assist with marketing and promotions for new and existing projects.
• Developing and maintaining sales collateral: inserts, brochure covers, etc.
• Assist the Marketing Manager to set up special community events (i.e. charities, fundraisers, etc.)
• Coordinate, execute, and attend functions including community events for promotional purposes.
