Human Resource Admin for the Central and Southeast Europe region (CSE) for over 22 countries.
HR support services including Workforce Administration (WFA), learning administration and Performance management support.
Training Coordination & Admin Support.
Record, create and deliver training contents.
Ensure that all new employees’ documents are updated.
Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure all HR processes and systems support the productivity of the Team.
Plan and manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning.
Support Team Management.
Proactively provided support and assistance to Finance, HR & Admin Head in handling a wide range of functions to ensure the smooth flow of daily business operations.
Handling the whole recruitment cycle for placing the best talent from diverse source after identification of manpower gap.
Engage with the employee on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization to maintain employee relationship.
Coordinate with Finance Department on payroll and full and final settlement issues.
Implementing and monitoring appraisal schemes.
Administering employee health and welfare plans
Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.
Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
Participating in the annual recruiting budget and ensuring adherence to the budget throughout the year.
Contact companies or people to ask if they need a loan.
Meet with loan applicants to gather personal information and answer questions.
Explain different types of loans and the terms of each one to applicants.
Obtain and verify financial information, such as the applicant’s credit rating and income level.
Investigate and evaluate the applicant’s finances to decide if the applicant should get the loan.
Approve loan applications or refer them to management for a decision.
