•Using the test scripts, test the internal application functionalities.
•Write the test cases and test plan. Functionalities of UAT web has tested.
•Handling end user incidents for data fixes in application within SLA.
•Resolving data porting issues from backend to front end or from HCM team.
•Hands-on in Production to Testing servers sync activity and DR testing failover activity.
•Deploying the code (Patch) shared by the vendor in the testing environment and the same can be deployed in all the production servers.
•Resolved application overflow errors, LDAP errors, internal server errors.
•Knowledge in IIS, sub site creation and application pools.
•Deploying SQL scripts in production database which will be shared by vendor.
•Change Web configuration settings in application folders and site remapping after sync activity.
•Coordinate with vendor team through WebEx to analyse the issue based on the priority.
•Monitoring DB, web server jobs, size of SAN folders and share the status with Application team in daily basis.
•Raise firewall request for SAN servers and access validation between PROD &DR SAN servers.
•Monitor the availability of Application in available nodes and capture the memory utilization.
•Schedule/Delete new tasks in Web/SAN servers and Create/modify jobs in DB.
