KPI Measurement:
* Being a “Metrics driven Organization” we rely on KPI measurements to track the Quality
improvements. Every KPI is defined with a SLA that helps us to understand if we are on
track.(Defects Density, Average Ageing of NC)
* The Quality and Compliance KPI are prepared on weekly / Bi Weekly basis for the projects.
Continuous and frequent measurement, reviews of the same and comparison with the historical data
helped in gradual improvement. On an average 15-20 KPI’s are derived for each project.
CMMI Audits:
* Well versed with all the process areas and co-ordinate with the Quality Assurance team in
conducting audits.
* Part of the CMMI audits during the appraisal activities.
Balanced Score Card:
* Organization level Balanced score card (BSC) is prepared and is used by HR’s for the appraisal
activities and also to motivate the resources. The BSC is derived for each resource based on their
assigned Roles and Responsibilities.
* Weightage depends on different constrains (Quality, Schedule, Effort, Experience...). Qualitative
score will be based on PM’S and Leads’ input.
Resources Leveling:
* The resource requirement is calculated for each project based on the Effort and schedule inputs from
the clients.
* The key factors such as project budget, timeline, resource and skill constraints influence the resource
distribution model that fits the project.
Resources Planning/Allocation:
* After the Resources Leveling, the allocation of the resource to each project is identified. The
resources skill matrix is the basis for allocation to the Project as and when needed
