Scope :
• Preparation of Base-line data for the project area covering Consumer Indexing, GIS Mapping, Metering of Distribution Transformers and Feeders, and Automatic Data Logging for all Distribution Transformers and Feeders and SCADA / DMS system (only in the project area having more than 4 lacs population and annual input energy of the order of 350 MU). It would include Asset mapping of the entire distribution network at and below the 11kV transformers and include the Distribution Transformers and Feeders, Low Tension lines, poles and other distribution network equipment. It will also include adoption of IT applications for meter reading, billing & collection; energy accounting & auditing; MIS; readdressal of consumer grievances; establishment of IT enabled consumer service centers etc.
Role:
• PMO, Coordinating with the core team of the project and providing
Weekly/Monthly progress report to top management.
• Project planning, Monitoring and follow up on Project progress.
• Mentor employees for completion of task within assigned time frame.
• Tracking the process involved in the system regularly.

Worked for Comcast (Comcast, USA) through Apex knowledge Technology which is located in Chennai. The scope of the project is to redraft the Cable TV network of COMCAST.
Worked for Qwest (Qwest Telecommunication, USA) through Apex knowledge Technology which is located in Chennai. The scope of project is create GIS data for Qwest Telecommunication, There are Two major Process involved in this Project, Namely “Land Base Conversion” and “OSP-FM Conversion”. The Source data (Scanned raster) is received from Client through CIMAGE. And it is converted in on-line database using OSP-FM tool. Initial Process of project is to create a Land base for the required Wire center using the latest version of AutoCAD 2009. Input for the land base process is received in the form of Shape file (AutoCAD Supported format) and it is delivered to Client in the form of GINA file, We are using web-based tool USGS (United States Geological Survey) for reference in Land base process. For the QAG purpose we are Using Google_Earth_Pro (which allows to import the create shp file once the Land base process us accepted then it is imported to OSP-FM, then we use to start the OSP-FM conversion process based on specification provided by client through DCRB & KSDD.
I have played a role as Member in pilot team and then promoted as technical lead, my responsibility is to clear the clarifications requested by production team. And to escalate the internally unresolved issues to Client and get it resolved on daily basis.
Worked for AT&T (AT&T Telecommunication, USA).The Scope of the project is to clear the Existing Engineering Data provided by Client and to post the backlog work order posting, Telecom project involves the data conversion of the project and cleaning up the errors in the specialized tool. This is an Online project in which the working platform is in OptiNt (AutoCAD 2005 customized) tool for South west North and East Location of US and ARES (Micro station Customized) tool for Mid-East and North Location. The work involves cleanup process of data captured by comparing some databases of AT&T like LFACS, OSPPDR, and TIRKS with given PLR (Plot location record) and correcting the data with error free. DMT (Data management Tool) Created By Apex Co vantage, USA, It is Web page tool, it compares the various database like LFACS ( Address Information), OSPPDR ( Cable Complements) and TIRKS (Code information) with Engineering records (OptiNt and ARES). Work allotment is done from client through this tool only
Worked for BHARTI AIRTEL LTD which is located in Chennai. As an “Engineer” in GIS department (Geographic Information System). The Scope of the project is to maintain the data’s from end to end of the customers who are all connected in the Landline and Broadband network. While the customer requests for the Landline connection in particular location the request will be forwarded to us and we will validate with our GIS network if there is feasible to connect that customer in that area we will allow the installation team to connect or else the request will be closed. Then on that the entire installation & Port details of the customer will be maintained in the GIS network. We will be having close relationship with the installation team and Fault repair team to finish the work at the earliest. The main scope of the data's maintained is to attend and close the faults in the network at the earliest. And also back end data’s. Working experience with (Excel, Word, power point, adobe Photoshop)
