Responsible for managing a wide gamut of functions entailing preparing bar bending schedules for various structural members such as beams, slabs & columns etc., Site Inspections, Shuttering, Concreting and Quality check also managing BBS approval for Cut Bend Steel.
•Involved in the Quantity surveying for all civil related works (Steel, Concrete, Shuttering & Finishing works such as block work, plastering & painting etc) and preparation of client bill and get certification from client, BOQ preparation.
•Accountable for the preparation of essential reports such as JCL (job cost ledger), JCR (job cost report) and MIS reports to know about the financial and work progress status of the project.
•Instrumental in directing Project Management initiatives like defining technical specifications, reporting and documentation, budgeting and cost estimates and executing the entire Project.
•Assuring all technical documents relative to site quality control is status as per ISO requirements/ Contractual Requirements in the projects. Checking prepare the forecast of works schedule and analyzed the reasons of delay and implement remedial measures for works
