Manage and control finance activities of the station which include authorizing, evaluating and implementing corporate finance decisions in areas covering Revenue, Receivables, Payables, Cash/Banking, Payroll, General ledger, Budgeting & Taxation.
Finalizing realistic yearly budget, provide recommendations and feedback to the station management, headoffice by analyzing costs and productivity factors so that the station costs are within budgets and productivity is enhanced.
Commercial related.
Providing financial analysis of station sales performance vis a vis flown revenue/targets.
Regular review of station business performance and providing guidance/solutions to various business units for improving the revenue/cost performance.
Deputizing in the absence of Country Manager and overseeing all aspects of commercial operations
Administration Functions
Manage the administrative function of the station by providing directions and guidance to ensure that station has the infrastructure that enables it to work effectively.
HR Functions
To manage all administration process in recruitment, retirement, resignation or termination. To play an analyst’s role to validate the business case in case of new positions so that the proposal from section heads will meet the standards set by HO.
Being on the interview panel for recruitment of candidates in all departments and providing feedback from an HR perspective
