Responsibilities & Job Duties:-


• Operate plant at its designed capacity and efficiency.
• Achieve operating costs, production and dispatch plans
• Plan for monthly purchase of RM, Packaging material and other consumables
• Ensure that products meet specifications and performance norms
• Ensure good operational condition and availability of the equipments, initiate and
• review equipment related AMC
• Man power mapping
• Initiate continuous improvement and cost saving measures
• Ensure optimum inventory
• Ensure ISO requirements of the plant are met
• Capital and Revenue expenditure planning and execution


Plant Administration
• Responsible for administration of plant and its smooth operations.
• Leading plant functions like Production, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, Human Resource, and Dispatch
• Review and prepare all kinds of contracts related to service providers like labour contractors, canteen, taxi, security, FG freight contract, etc
• Work with purchase to identify new vendors and develop the existing one.
• Responsible for controlling the factory’s over head expenses
• Ensure safe and healthy working environment
• Maintain the site clean and green.
• Maintaining good contacts and relationships with group companies and surrounding industries.
• Deal with officials of all the relevant government bodies for ensuring statutory compliances
• Maintain cordial relationship with employees to avoid formation of Union

4 years of hand on experience in executing high temperature insulation projects in iron and steel, Petro chemical, high tech carbon, and other industries.

4) non recovery type coke oven batteries castable work, bridge pipes ceramic fiber insulation work at Bhushan steels ltd. Orissa.

5) Tunnel Kiln fibre lining work in ceramic industries, and in annealing furnaces in metallurgical industries.

6) successfully completed hot patch work for Blast furnace stoves in
Tata Iron and Steel industries Jemshedpur india.
