Liaising between Construction and O&M, revising strategies, planning & scheduling in SAP and coordinating in all installation and pre-commissioning work arrangement. Guide a team of Engineer, supervisor and foremen for safely installation and ready for construction tie-in along with commissioning activity. Preparation for all rotary and static equipment for transition from Construction to Operation with prepare CMMS and SAP PM along with Material availability and scheduling of maintenance activity.
Liaising between Operations & Maintenance, revising strategies, managing contracts, planning & scheduling in SAP and coordinating in all maintenance work performed. Responsible for using SAP which bridges the relation between productions, maintenance and warehouse. Responsible for Technical evaluations of spare will be used in Plant. Maintain records of PM and CM record of equipment's used in diferent plants such as Oil processing unit, Sour gas area, Gas Sweetening Unit, Utility area, PW treated area and Sulphur recovery Unit. Actively participation in achieving company's goal and continuous improvement towards equipment availability by ensuring that inventory level ROP and technical parameters of required material to meet the requirements of Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Responsible for maintenance of all types of pumps, heat exchangers, screw and reciprocating compressors, heat exchangers, mechanical seals, Blowers, valves etc. as per API standards. Significantly participated in the company-wide Management of Change (MOC) development project. Supervising junior engineer and Technicians and sharing Opinions and ideas with operation team along with managers. Ensuring the maintenance material management, reliability and maintainability of new & modified installations Make sure the availability of required material for Emergency shutdown and major Turn Around Material Planning Standardization of OEM/vendors in order to reduce inventory pile ups and create interchangeability of spares thereby ensuring all time availability and reduction of cost. Leading the Maintenance Shutdown Team which includes maintenance technicians and supervisors, responsible for full mechanical inspections during Equipment Shutdown.
