NATURE OF DUTIES PERFORMED
 Managing incoming material inspection, certificate review and compilation of certificates with respect to project specification, Inspection & Test plan, Quality plan, industrial standards & client requirements to establish the conformity and non- conformity in the product.
 Have operational & technical knowledge on H2S Safety Shelter, SCBA/EEBD & ELSA with back plate sets donning, BA compressor, air quality test as per BS EN 12021, breathing air cascade system, gas & fire detection system, fire extinguishing & fire suppression system
 Preparing the non-conformity reports with respect to rejected material after visual inspection & functional test, and ensure that corrective, preventive measures have been establish to avoid any recurrence in the product quality.
 Preparing the ITP, ITR, method statement, commissioning procedures, and inspection report (dimensional check, painting inspection as per Saudi Aramco Standards (SAES-H-004), bolt torque, pressure test, and material registry) as per project specification, customer PO, applicable industrial standards for client review and approval.
 Monitor the welding activities such as weld fit up, root pass, final visual welding to ensure the welds & weld repairs are in accordance with approved welding procedure (WPS/PQR) and international code of practice.
 Perform the inspection activities on the assembled or integrated system in accordance with the approved drawing, project quality plan & client specification and issue the mechanical completion certificates in order to start the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
 Design interpretation (Isometric, General arrangement, P & ID and welding symbols) and ensure that the assigned jobs are executed as per design and project schedule.
 Apart from inspection activities, I had also commissioned Breathing Air cascade system, Helideck foam fire fighting system, HP CO2 fire extinguishing system, Clean agent fire suppression system, water sprinkler system etc.
 Currently working on H2S capsule shelter as per ONGC specification and Capsule container shall be in compliance with DNV E273.
 Our Principals are Scott Safety UK, USA, Bauer Compressors USA, Kidde, NK, Honeywell Analytics, Drager Safety, MSA, Federal Signal etc.

NATURE OF DUTIES PERFORMED:
 To verify and prepare the Welding procedure specification (WPS) & PQR for various structural, piping fabrication jobs as per approved drawing and verify welder meets the PQR requirements.
 Manage the incoming fabrication & equipment’s inspection, equipment calibration & fabrication tools inspection on daily basis.
 Conduct the welder qualification test for every 6 months & maintain the welder qualification records.
 Review or interpret the various NDT reports of Piping & structural fabrication & maintain all the related reports.
 Carryout the hydrostatic testing for piping spools & pipelines as per approved procedures with clients.
 Stage wise inspection of pump, compressor, engine installation inspection & dimensional checks, painting inspection, welding visual inspection as per approved procedures and design / project specification.
 To comply company HSE, work permit, safe work execution procedure and strictly adhere to the company rules & regulations.

* JINDAL PIONEER Project - Fixed High Pressure CO2 extinguishing system as per NFPA 12.
