Preparation of Financial Statements & month end closing, to provide feedback to the top level management
on business performance.
* Setting up of Company Accounts from scratch including creation of chart of accounts and user creation in the
accounting software.
* Preparation of various accounting reports including-Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Finalization, Aged
Receivables and Payables, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet on a monthly basis.
* Supporting in the monthly financial reviews, to eliminate any reporting inconsistencies prior to each audit
period/financial statement preparation period.
* Coordinating and assisting the External Auditors on a quarterly basis for the branch’s audit process.
* Maintenance of Fixed assets files, recording of depreciation and reconciliation
* Assuring the smooth flow of accounting and operation related activities of the organization -which include
interacting with clients, approval of quotations, LPO’s and invoices, prepared by junior assistants and settling
the bills as per the aged payables data.
* Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory
organizations.
* Monitoring the petty cash reserves/reimbursements and disbursing the same to the authorized staffs on a
monthly basis.
* Conducting the variance analysis and ensuring that all the projects are within the approved cost limits and in
case of deviations- providing the management with corrective measures.
* Processing the salaries of employees via the Wage Protection System (WPS) and calculating the monthly bonus
and commissions based on their performance and maintenance of payroll and processing the salary slips.
* Managing the companies working capital liquidity and improve the cash conversion cycle
* Quarterly Filing of VAT returns on the FTA Portal and Vat reconciliation based on Input and Output vat on sales
and purchases and submission of claims if any.
* Maintenance and retrieval of MIS as per the request of Top Management including CEO.
* Proficiently consolidating / coordinating the financial statements in compliance with Accounting Standards
and reporting to the audit
Appearing for Certified Management Accountant-(CMA-IMA-USA-Certification) Exam, in June window
