Design, Construction, Finance Operation and Maintenance of Four laning of Hyderabad - Karimnagar -Ramgunadam Road (SH-1) From Km 197+ 000- to Km 235+058 in the state of Andhra Pradesh under public private partnership (PPP) on DBFOT (Toll) basis. Main Project features: The Package - 4 of this project corridor consists of 1 Major bridges of length of 1.1Km situated on GODAVARI River, 1ROB, 1 RUB, 7 Minor bridges and Culverts (pipe and box). The foundations of all major and minor bridges consists of Raft foundations or Pile Foundations.. There are also a variety of super structures ranging from PSC I beams, RCC I beams, solid slabs and box structures
Responsibilities:
•Construction Supervision of bridges giving instructions to my field Engineers, daily job request, approvals, check and give approval for construction after getting approval from I.C.
•Setting out of alignment with reference to alignment plan and GAD.
•Checking & Approval of construction Methodology submitted by the sub - contractor
•Supervision of piling activities involved in the site and conducted pile load test of vertical and lateral load test.
•Supervision of execution of pile caps, open foundation, piers and pier caps as per drawings.
•Conducted Standard Penetration Tests, Plate Load Test etc.
•Checking the bar bending schedule, concrete pouring to the structures.
•Checking shuttering, scaffolding arrangement, curing to the structures.
•Checking the subsoil investigation to the structures.
•Review the staging design.
•Liaison work carried out with Local departments involved in the projects..
•Maintaining & verification of quality at all stages of work in conformation with standard specifications.
•Modify drawings as per the site conditions, liaison with client regarding daily progress; prepare the weekly and monthly progress.
•Checking and approvals of BBS and recording the monthly measurements in M-book as per IPC for sub-contractor bills.
•Reviewing the working drawings & BBS submitted by EPC of all structures by considering the comments of independent consultants before starting execution at site.
•Execution and supervision of all construction activities as per the RFIs submitted for inspection from time to time and supervising the work as per approved working drawing and specification for quality output.
•Responsibility includes preparation of methodologies & staging drawings, execution of structures from lay out checking up to super structure completion level of major bridges, minor bridges, Under Passes, culverts & RE Walls as per MORST&H, IS & IRC specifications.
•Planning of machinery & man power by coordinating with superiors during monitoring of works at site. Preparation of BOQ related to sub-contractors.
•Involved in weekly, monthly progress reports preparation & attending review meetings pertaining to progress & Quality.

ROB @Domoria pull Bridge in Jalandhar. The Bridge length is of 2 km. It consists of 20 members of40 mts length box girders and 200 members of 30 mts length PSC girders

Inspecting the roller bearing and re fixing the same as it was in good condition Replacing the defective expansion joints with water stopper Replacing the defective crash barrier wherever it is needed. Resurfacing BC with profile corrective course. Conducting core test & Non- destructive test to ascertain the concrete condition of the bridge as per specifications.
Strengthening and Widening of existing 2 lane road to 4lane from Rajamundry to Dharmavaram NH-5 BOT Project (including rehabilitation of Major Bridges) Client: National Highway Authority of India. Project Cost: INR 3250 Million (Total input 24 months)
Main Project features:
The project corridor consists of 2 major bridges, 3 minor bridges and 60 culverts(pipe and box). The foundations of all Major Bridges are WELL foundations and Minor bridges are RAFT foundations. There are also a variety of super structures ranging 50 mts Box girders, 30 mts PSC I beams, 20 mts RCC I beams, 10 mts solid slabs and box structures.

The bridge has 45 m length Pre-cast Post tentioned Box girders and wellfoundations of 8 metres Dia sinking to a depth of 30 mts from bed level..

I have sufficient experience & knowledge of supervising and monitoring of well foundation, Pile foundation, open foundation, Piers, Abutments, Bearings, I-girder, Box girder deck slab and voided deck slab with post tensioning system. He has thorough understanding and experience in international ‘best practices’ and modem bridge construction technology including bridge foundations viz. well/pier, post tensioning system of pre-stressing, casting of pre-cast PSC concrete box girder and ‘T’ girders, launching and erection of pre-cast PSC girders up to 200 M.T. weight, conducting load tests, fabrication of heavy launching steel girders, reinforced earth panel system for VOP approaches, etc.
He is well conversant with bridge construction materials, technical specifications, testing procedure, relevant IRC codes and MORTH and AASHTO specifications and standards and best practices in the construction of bridges. He is thoroughly conversant with design standards, technical specifications and statistical quality control and quality assurance procedures for construction of different components of bridges. He is also well versed with FIDIC contract conditions.
