• Preparation of Monthly Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports ( Revenue Analysis, Schedules of Prepaid Expenses, Depreciation, EOS, Leave Salary, Leave Ticket, Cash Flow statement, Intercompany invoicing Income, Asset Addition details, Employee Advances details, AR ageing, AP Ageing, Inventory variances)
• Reconciliation of Clients, Vendors and intercompany ledgers.
• Providing the required information to Financial Controller for Purchase order approval after considering the cash flow, lead time, minimum order quantity & inventory turn etc.
• Providing monthly department wise P&L, Comparison reports on performances.
• Be a part of inventory physical count and forwarding the report to the management with suggestions.
• Verification of vouchers prepared by the team members and rectifying the errors.
• Monitor the allowances to employees and deduct if exceeded the limit after approvals.
• Monitoring expenditure, analyze revenue and determine budget variances and report the same to the management.
• Process of Employees Leave & Final settlements as per U.A.E. Law.
• Be a part in achieving the collection targets with team members.
• Processing the vendor’s payments in line with AR and maintaining good relationship with vendors.
• Liaise with banks to all banking related matters.
• Processing Payroll under WPS and disbursement of Salaries
• Participating in the improvement of internal policies and procedures.
