Job Responsibilities: Trouble shooting and maintenance of the following machineries
GEA Ammonia Refrigeration, Weishaupt Boiler, Carrier Frozen stores, Panem Blast chiller units, HVAC
units, Water treatment & Pumps, packing
Machineries’ and Electrical equipment’s.
Daily Monitoring and Maintaining of all cooling system, Trouble shooting and maintenance of the following machineries
climateva water cooled chiller units 4nos 900 ton cooling capacity per unit, Refrigerant
Airdryer 5nos 12.5 ton per unit, Samsung centrifugal Aircompressor 3 units 800 Hp per
unit, Felm centrifugal water pump and HVAC Units.
Trouble shooting and maintenance of the following machineries
Kirlosker reciprocating KC 2, KC 3, KC 2-1, KC 3-1, KC 7-2 Compressor. Frick reciprocating 5x5, 6x6, 7x7. compressor Super, Danfoss refrigeration valves Plate freezer 900Kg/hr Spiral Freezer 1 Ton/hr, 135KW/, -40 Degree Centigrade evaporation temperature. Blast Freezer 1 Ton/hr. -20 Degree Centigrade cold storages. Ice Plant 40 tons day.
Job responsibility involved:
• Operating and maintenance of High capacity Deep freezers. ( -30 deg cent, 3 nos )
Maintenance of Plate freezers. ( 4 nos )
Maintenance of Ice plants
Maintenance of Water cooled condensers.
Maintenance of Evaporative condensers.
• Operating and maintenance of High capacity Deep freezers. (-20 deg. Cent.4 no's).
Operating and maintenance of Chillers. (2 no's).
Maintenance of air conditioners.
Routine checking of all the facility issues. Maintenance of Ammonia pumps.
• Operating and maintenance of Blast freezers.
Operating and maintenance of Spiral freezers.
Maintenance of water Chillers.
Maintenance of Flake Ice machines.
Installation and Servicing of Window A.C's and Split A.C's.
• Maintenance of Domestic Refrigerators.
Maintenance of food production machineries.
• Inspection of personnel protective equipments (P.P.E.), Fire hydrants, Fire extinguishers and self breathing apparatus, eye protective equipment etc.
