Treasury Program Manager. Implementing Front Arena Front to Back Treasury System.
Reporting to the Senior Program Manager and leading a team of 6 resources for the Murex Implementation Project, coordinating between Murex Project Manager and SABB stakeholders.
Managing Production Support for all Treasury Applications (Murex, RET, RMDS, Reuters Dealing, Reuters Xtra etc) as well as coordination with IT Operation team to procure and support Production Infrastructure for Project.
Responsible for multiple support service delivery by coordinating with Murex CES Team (to resolve Murex enhancements & resolving production issues) and Thomson Reuters CRM to maintain RET System.
Involved in interaction with Murex Program Manager to implement Murex, Murex Support Manager to maintain Murex, Thomson Reuters Account Manager to maintain Market Data & Dealing Systems along with Bloomberg Account Manager to maintain Bloomberg Terminals.
Spear heading multiple Audit like Project Implementation Audit by HSBC Group Audit Team, Treasury Business Audit by E&Y, Finance Audit by E&Y, IT Quality Audit by HSBC Group Audit Team and Systems Audit by Central Bank (SAMA).
Providing support to the Production System without any critical issues with a small team of 4 members and providing services like upgrade of systems, trouble shooting etc.
Performing team administration routines including delegation of Project Tasks to the Members and monitor their progress, while mentoring the team.

Reported to the PMO head and supervised one resource to manage Wall Street Implementation Project, a troubled project as a replacement project manager, thus coordinated with Vendor Project Manager & SHB stakeholders and IT Operation team to manage IT Infrastructure for the Project
Reported to the Deputy General Manager and led a team of 15 resources to manage the Treasury Application Team including Murex, FXAll, RET and Treasury intranet development team as well as coordinate with the IT Operation tem for the Infrastructure for the project along with optimization the performance of Murex Datamart, coordinate with Murex CES Team for Maintaining Murex Production System and coordinate with Production Support Team to maintain Production

• Treasury Business Development and Security Officer - Managed in-house Software Development Team to maintain all treasury applications.
• Continuity of Treasury Business Officer - Effectively managed the Disaster Recovery Site with infrastructure for all treasury application and market data systems.
• Enhanced Market Linked Deposit System, an Intranet system to handle Islamic deposits in a very short time, this provided an edge to sales team to sell Islamic product in market.
• Effectively managed Treasury IT Infrastructure without any critical downtime which had Reuters, Bloomberg, IPC Voice Trading and other services for over hundred users.
• Participated in the audit of Samba Personal Finance as a ‘Guest Reviewer’ and successfully handled the technology part of the audit.
• Designed and developed e-Treasury system for Citibank Online customers. Increased the sales of multi-currency Time Deposit, Premium Deposit and FX transactions by 25% and improved the online risk management.
• Designed and developed electronic payment services to businesses wishing to accept payments via the internet.
• Designed and Developed Internet Banking for ELC Emerging Local Corporate (ELC) Czech, Hungary, Poland, South Africa & India.
