Monitor daily if there are any deviation from approved quality plans.
Check/investigate the root cause of NCRs & repeated violations.
Preparation of Status log for: NCR, RFI & calibrated testing equipment.
Perform & administer joint inspections of received equipment/materials including the unpacking OS & D inspection & reporting for items.

Responsible for vendor source of inspection (Assisted by approved vendor inspectors), in-process & final inspection, documentation & associated quality control activities for the equipment materials purchased intended for the project.
Prepare complete list of inspect able & non-inspect able materials for the project with correct approved vendor manufacture, level of inspection basing client specifications, prior to preparation of (PRS) & Approved vendor manufacturer & compliance with the standards .
Review Purchase Order in compliance to approved Purchase Requisition Submittals (PRS) Close coordination with the approved Third party agency for inspection & Final release.
Supervision in the preparation of Inspection assignment package for various inspection level for material based on criticality rating & Coordination to pre-inspection meetings for procurement of materials.
Supervision preparation of Final Inspection Disposition Report.
Preparation & submittal of Procurement Two- week look ahead Schedule & 5-days inspection notice.
Assist Procurement Engineer for guidance & integrating work flows as needed.
Coordination between QAQC & client for Internal Audits through an approved 3rd Party Agency at completion of various stages of Procurement Progress.
Participate in off-site inspections.
I had spearheaded inspections for:-
o Installation, testing & commissioning of Small power system, 230KV & 132KV Gas Insulated switchgear, MV Air insulated Switchgear, MV power & auxiliary transformers, HV & MV Bus bars, Low voltage AC & DC panels, control relay & protection panels, Capacitor bank, Remote Terminal units, Interfacing panels, RMU, VFC, standalone solar power system, 132KV self containerized substation (LER + LCR), lightning protection & earthing system and MV, LV, control and fiber optic cabling system.
o Installation, testing and commissioning of 230KV, 132KV & 13.8 KV overhead power system which includes galvanized steel towers, steel poles, Load break switch, Fuse cut outs, Fault passage indicator, insulator hardware accessories, electrical grounding system, surge arrestor, VT, CT, Auto recloser & ACSR/AW conductor.
o OTDR testing & end to end testing of fiber optic cable & OPGW cable.
o Installation testing and commissioning of fire fighting system and HVAC System.
Spearheaded quality control inspection for electrical & instrumentation activities of oil & gas well as per the relevant Shell & International Standards which consists of including Beam Pumps, Progressive Cavity Pumps, Electrical Submersible Pumps, Multi Selector Valves, Multi Flow Meters, Water Injection Wells, Main Solenoid Valve, High Pressure Gas Well and Water Supply Wells. • Performing Receiving inspection for incoming materials & equipments. • Ensuring installation, testing & commissioning of HV & LV cables, control panels, HV transformers and overhead power transmission system in accordance with the set parameters. • Reviewing & ensuring the assigned work is conducted as per recommended standards during installation, testing, glanding & termination of instrument cable, Pressure Transmitters, electromagnetic flow meter, red eye meter, Coriolis meter, rod pump controller, remote terminal unit, pressure switch, , instrument junction box • Engaged in the calibration of pressure transmitter, pressure gauge & pressure switches. • Conducting: o SAT (Site Acceptance Test). o Loop checking of pressure transmitter & pressure switches. o Patrolling inspection at site & storage area on regular basis. • Developing weekly inspection reports. • Performed inspection of High Sour Well which improved quality by 95% by including ATEX requirements in works carried out in Hazardous Area .

• Managed the erection of 33/6.6 KV Substation comprising of main & auxiliary transformer of adequate capacity with 100 % standby transformer. • Engaged in the installation & testing of 33 KV CT for metering & Protection. • Managed installation & commissioning of bus bar arrangements, control room, DG systems & circuit breakers. • Created BOQ, Monthly Invoice & Engineering Drawings.
Managed operations and general maintenance of 2 X 160MVA, 220/110KV transformer banks, 3 X 20MVA, 110/22KV Transformers, two 220KV incoming feeders, nine 110KV& eleven 22KV outgoing feeders. • Engaged in the maintenance of over 220KV, 110KV, 22KV bus coupler arrangement. • Conducted periodical maintenance of three 40A10V DC Battery Charger & corresponding batteries.
