• Review of Subcontractors Method statement & Inspection and Test Plan for Fabrication of Piping, Structure Steel, Installation of equipments, Painting and Coating as per Project Specification Requirement for Approval.
• Inspection of materials Pipes, Plates, Pipefitting, Valves, Fasteners etc and review of test certificates.
• Review welding procedure specifications and procedure qualification records.
• Witnessing mechanical test for welding procedure qualification and supplementary mechanical test for upgrading the material.
• Inspection of Piping & Welding, Panting & Coating activities at Fabrication Shop & Site as per the approved Inspection test plan.
• Inspection of Pipe Rack, Pipe Supports, Equipment Support Structure, Cross over bridge etc.
• Inspection of Static and Rotate Equipment and structure, Pipe supports erection and alignment.
• Punch list preparation and Hydro Test & Pneumatic Test packs review.
• Witnessing Hydro test and Pneumatic test.
• Witnessing Non Destructive tests PT, UT & MT and Interpretation of Radiographs.
• Witnessing PMI test for Alloy Steels.
• Inspection of Surface preparation for Painting & Coating.
• Witnessing Salt contamination test, Adhesion test for Painting and Coating.
• Witnessing Adhesion test, Penetration test, Holiday test, etc.And Laboratory testing for Coating.
• Coordinating with contractor with daily activities to prioritize and expedite the work and inspection activities.
• Ensure system is ready for commissioning by confirming the mechanical completion.
• Assist commissioning and operation team in commissioning phase.
• Assist project management team in design conflicts and operational issues in system and resolve it by discussion with engineering team.
Manages all the inspection activities in the project ensuring the product reliability, integrity and make sure the product and documentations meets the project specification and international standards. Specialized in welding, coating and NDT, piping and heavy structural inspection. Familiar with international construction and inspection codes. knowledge about HSE.
