I played an integral role in the operations department as I was an intermediary between both internal and external customers. From handling daily institutional requirements to participating in strategic planning and meetings, I had also perused the aspect of teaching and lecturing. My role was multidimensional, and required both technical and soft skills to be completed professionally and adequately.

Upon my successful completion of the program, I became a registered associate of the Institute of Financial Services in the United Kingdom. On the regional scale, I was granted the 'Top Bahraini Graduate' award of excellence by Arab Bank in 2010.
