I played an integral role in the operations department as I was an intermediary between both internal and external customers. From handling daily institutional requirements to participating in strategic planning and meetings, I had also perused the aspect of teaching and lecturing. My role was multidimensional, and required both technical and soft skills to be completed professionally and adequately.
The degree that I had completed with the University of Manchester is an intensive self-study program. Upon my successful completion of the program, I became a registered associate of the Institute of Financial Services in the United Kingdom. On the regional scale, I was granted the 'Top Bahraini Graduate' award of excellence by Arab Bank in 2010.
