• Responsible for quality assurance dealing with technical and non-technical support of IVE (In Vehicle Equipment) for Taxi Management Office which is the regulatory body for taxi affairs in Qatar. (October 2015 - To Date)
• Team lead for IVE project regarding Cert System Implementation for entire fleet of taxis in Qatar. Head of Cert installations, commissioning and back end support (August 2014 - September 2015).
• Responsible for IVE project regarding the GPS device installations in buses and limos used for the Qatar Handball event. Providing back end support throughout the event.
• Team Lead for workshop management and training staff on taxi operation procedures and fleet management.
• Maintain quality control by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Responsible to comply with federal, state and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Team Lead responsible implement the SLA and KPI for the taxi’s division in Qatar (Mowasalat).
• Responsible for helpdesk activities like deploying new PCs and printers.
• Organizing meetings and ensuring senior managers are well prepared for them.
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
• Working as part of a team and supporting the office manager. Responsible for the day-to-day tasks and administrative duties of the office.
• Responsible for Servicing and Maintenance of Volvo, Perkins and Doosan Generators including its spare parts electrical wiring controller and ATS panel.
• Conduct product technical presentation or demonstration to give essential information regarding the other equipment.
• Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered during or after installations.
• Successfully submit tender bits for major industrial and commercial projects.
• Ability to assess all risk before commencing work and ensure safe work practice.
• Liaise before client and contractors.
• Knowledge of how to assess and minimize risk associated with working on hazardous area equipment.
• Part of a team responsible for installations and maintenance of DEMAG cranes.
• Familiar with the procedures of load test after installation.
• Update and maintain customer bearings and mechanical gearbox systems.
• Generating sales leads during service calls.
• Completing all appropriate documentation.
• On-site visits to customer locations troubleshooting, repairing and inspecting overhead cranes industrial motor controls.
• Work Order Tracking on daily basis via visiting the site and getting update by Vendors.
• Deliver training programs by utilizing training facilities
• Deploy and maintain Industrial Instruments
