Work at the construction of NGS plant in a role of lead specialist at the client's stuff construction site. Managing team of specialists and supervisor.
Main responsibilities are to control contructors and subcontructors. Invitation of vendors for precomissioning works on dynamic equipment, work with design institute in case of any deviationes, that appears during construction.
Now is a final stage of construction, commissioning works are ongoing. Plant consist of many process units and at the quit, there will be propane-butane gas and normally condition liquid gas.
Atracted vendors from abroad : Siemens, GE.
Work in EPC project ALNG-2 in Murmansk.
Work in international team for construction of MCS (Membrane Containment System) Mark-3 inside concrete gravity base structure (GBS).
Work at the position of lead supervisor with responsibility of managing supervisor, foremen and workers up to 300 people.
High-tech construction, consisted of several departments such us welding, insulation and painting.
Interaction with design author, attraction of vendors from South Korea for adjustment of specialized equipment for applycation of materials, used during construction.
All test of tightness of MCS was blessfully finished.
1st GBS was successfully finished and delivered by sea at other position for commissiong work.
Unfortunately i was had to leave job after 2 years my contract can't be prologed, 'cause my employer has left the project because of politics reasones.
Work at the international project ALNG-1, as a contructor, for construction of huge LNG plant consisted of 3 process Trains and park of 4 LNG TANKs. Work in international team, construction of 3 process Trains includes main units as cryogenical heat exchangers, separators, columns, main boosters. Also participated in Piping of LNG TANKs. Object successfully handed in time.
Work in construction of NGS plant (Sakhalin Island) work in Sakhalin Energy on the position of Site Engineer.
Work with design, provision of design revisiones, monitoring of construction activities, work with subcontructors, issuing schedules.
