• Successfully constructed a bidding project schedule using Primavera P6 version 7 for a viva rapid
transit system expansion on (vivanext D1) winning bid.
• Using linear program Tilos, managed to effectively demonstrate to the owner all of the construction, utilities, permits, and owner's milestones using leveling feature of Primavera P6 while still showing critical and longest path to the main project schedule.
• Reported baseline schedules on a monthly basis to Revay Group (client's scheduling consultant)

• Used Primavera P6 scheduling software, worked on completing the bid schedule for the structures
portion of the WEP (Windsor Essex Parkway) bid. Using Tilos Linear Schedule, demonstrated to the Joint Venture on one page, all the structures, timeline, geographical coordinates and durations.
• Completed all take-off quantities for bridges (rigid frame, post-tensioned, steel frame and pre-cast
girder), temporary traffic and pavement items on WEP bid. Supervised and managed quantity
comparison between the joint ventures for all bridges.
• Using GIS system and AutoCAD; developed a visual breakdown structure of the H3 and D1
projects for VIVA York Region transit system
• Using Ontario Provincial Standards for Roads, Traffic Manual-Book 7 and owner's requirements,
my estimating team was able to complete successful bids for traffic control system, concrete,
asphalt and bus platforms sections on VIVA's D1 and H3 projects
