Works with a client portfolio of 192 clients covering all spectrums of marketing.
Directs and manages staff as well as external contractors
Monitors, directs and manages Projects using SCRUM methodologies (sprints)
Audits, analyses and implement SEO - On and Off page optimization based on best practices and benchmark
Brainstorm and develop link building and outreach strategies together with the team
Attends client meetings as and when required by my superiors (Mostly conference calls)
Handles link building activities such as directory submissions, PR, guest blogging, Blogger outreach, classified ads, video production etc
Performs technical SEO audits considering broken links, duplicate content, meta robots, crawling errors using tools like; Screamingfrog, W3C validator and Deepcrawl
Collaborates and team up with internal and contracted website designers to implement technical SEO findings that hindered SEO ranking progress
Researches trends and develops a Content writing strategy for blogging
Performes SEO audits for various clients and manages CMS (Magento, Drupal and Wordpress)
Analyses 3rd party data using Google console and Analytics
Instructs and externally collaborates with designers and agencies
Develops Social media strategies for various clients and implementing mechanisms for brand listening and management
Develops bespoke strategies for digital and social for various clients
Performs keyword research and analyses content on a constant basis
Executes PPC (Adwords and Bing) implementation, optimization and management for various client accounts
Collaborates on a daily basis with internal staff on strategic planning, deliverables, performance follow-up and enhanced capacity building for maximum productivity and impact
Performs competitor analysis looking for weakness and opportunities with a keen eye on link building strategies, keyword rankings, content marketing strategies, social media activities and content engagement-types
Develops SEO performance reports for various clients on a monthly basis and copied my superiors as such
Shares actionable insight on organic search and on-page optimization with my team
Uses tools such as Majestic, Google trends, Google search console, Ahrefs, Semrush and Google speed test.
Uses Basecamp for project management and progress monitoring
Occasionally performs market research, analyses the findings and took appropriate implementation action
Coaches, motivates and train junior staff on SEO best practices
Keeps up to date with SEO trends by reading blogs such as Bruce Clay, E-consultancy, Moz, Search Engine Land, SEO BOOK and more
Lead, directs and coordinates a portfolio of 192 client websites while effectively managing time and resources. Provided monthly and quarterly reports
