Provided overall direction and management of completion in Cote d'Ivoire of 65 km of new road thru the tropical forest, crossing rivers, swamps and rock hills, from Blolequin - Toulepleu - border Liberia. The project summarises:
• over 3 million cubic meters of earthwork (cut and fill, cut and throw, filling with suitable material from borrow pits)
• one concrete bridge over Cavali River with a span of 135 m (3 openings of 45)
• Over 250 culverts precast and cast in situ
• Produce in our own quarry 280k m3 of material for base, asphalt and concrete
Provide overall direction and management of design and construction projects (NEW CITY - LUSAIL), monitors on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. Monitors risks/problems and helps develop options to resolve. Monitor scope development, scope management and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives. The scope has covered all infrastructure works on the public realm for public utility supply, for civil and authority's usage. Assists to plan and define program goals and methods to accomplish them. Represents the client's interests.
Managing and coordination of specific activities for running of tree major project of existing road rehabilitation and build new high way under Red and Yellow FIDIC Contracts
Responsible for preliminary specific activities before start completion of two Real Estate Investment with 500 apartments, in Bucharest and Sibiu - Romania with a value of investment exceeding 500 million Euro
Responsible for preliminary activities and completion of two projects under Red FIDIC Contract for rehabilitation of 80km of National Roads and 120Km of County Roads specially in mountain areas.
Member of team for completion Hydropower Complex with direct responsibility of completion of Hydropower Plant and tunnels for water supply from retention lake
Master degree in Hydrotechnical ENGINEERING
