-Managing and completing the projects on time and on budget, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
-Coordinating and managing directly with consultants, contractors, engineers, architects, carpenters, blacksmiths, and painters to insure job success.
-Preparing the Bill of Quantities BOQ.
-Negotiating fees and setting schedules for projects.
-Developing detailed designs and choosing adequate materials according to the BOQ.
