Field Sales Manager - Pharmacies
• Manage and develop a team of 7 sales representatives covering 500 pharmacies.
• Focus on all round development of salesi team by training, energizing and coaching to ensure targets are met.
• Proactively inspects sales activity and effort among sales reps to ensure business objectives are met.
• Negotiate KBDs and trading terms with the customers and implementing KPIs. Prepare proposals and action plans and allocate budgets for various in-store implementations.
• Tailor customer plans and initiatives to improve customer relationships, ensure brand and category growth and reach superior in-store visibility and Best in Class executions.
• Oversee receivable collections through effective reporting techniques and proper follow-up in order to sustain company’s cash flow levels.
• Continuous analysis, KPI reporting and suggesting actions on identified risks and opportunities for specific accounts.
• Ensure implementation of sales strategies to deliver annual sales volume and full distribution.
• Continuously monitor competitor activities through frequent field visits, conduct competitor analysis, keep abreast of market trends.
• Carry out the implementation of the store execution part of the customer’s Joint Business Plan in order to achieve the desired sales targets
• Execute the in-store objectives of the Sales Business Plans flawlessly in order to achieve superior in-store presence and target sales volume
• Ensure the deployment of desired Sales Fundamentals across all assigned stores in order to achieve the sale volume target
• Acquire deep understanding of customer strategies and their shopper needs in order to be able to devise the right plans for the customer
• Tailor the sales business plans to customer needs in order to maximize the volume generated by these plans at the customer
• Build & maintain strong customer relation to facilitate collaboration and the achievement of desired business result & joint work
• Secure that receivable collection is within the agreed payment terms in order to sustain company’s cash flow levels
• Energize and directs the merchandisers assigned to his section in order to achieve the desired in-store fundamentals results
• Arranging for facultative reinsurance placements with European, regional, international reinsurance companies and binding authorities.
• Handling property & engineering enquiries from ceding companies domiciled in the UAE region.
• Pricing reinsurance contracts and make sure to deliver the insurance company the best deal.
• Representing the insurance company and negotiating and selling policies to reinsurers on their behalf while ensuring that both ends (reinsurer and insurance company) are satisfied with the deal.
• Making sure to properly follow up with cedants and reinsurers on any concerns, complaints and amendments done after the policy is issued.
• Understanding the insurance company’s needs in order to fulfill desired demands and achieve long-lasting and profitable relationships.
• Working on a portfolio that consists of new and renewal enquiries in order to achieve the yearly budget.
• Established and maintained good relations and communication with cedants/reinsurers and ensured top of the line service.
