Working as a Quality Assurance and Document Controller on C4 for “SKY GATE Tower- Lebanon” Project. 4 is an online collaboration application for construction management. Duties Include: Controlling project’s documents. Reviewing Construction Management web application program, including documentation, Shop Drawings, Correspondences, Submittals, and flow chart, to determine if program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines. Recommending program improvements or corrections to programmers. Reviewing computer operating log to identify program processing errors. Entering instructions into computer to test program for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to establishment standards. Observing computer monitor screen during program test to detect error codes or interruption of program. Identifing differences between establishment standards and user applications and suggests modifications to conform to standards. Setting up tests at request of user to locate and correct program operating error. Monitoring program performance after implementation to prevent reoccurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of operation. Writing documentation to describe program evaluation, testing, and correction.
Duties Include: Data Entry. Archiving. (Controlling project’s documents).
Duties Include: Study all the site plans that are related to my job. Take any details from the client and apply it on the site. Study the products catalogs and wiring plans, making sure that installation and all connections are according to manufacturer instructions. Follow up the foreman and the team; making sure that all instructions are clear and applied in the proper way (Quality Assurance). Checking networks. Make any orders for the materials required in the site. System configuration. Quality control. Testing and commissioning.
