Scrum Master and Agile Manager: On shore Project Lead and Service Management Lead for Accenture client - Tyme Bank. Delivered key products for digital banking. Actively involved in Agile Transition introducing Scrum to the organisation. Acted as scrum master for three development teams and coached new scrum masters from two other teams.
Responsible for offshore development (Chennai and Bangalore, India) of a customer servicing and contact centre management system for a new green-field digital bank in South Africa - TymeDigital sponsored by Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Managed additional projects implementing business rules and kiosk management.

Programme Manager: Responsible for multi-currency invoicing, settlement, procure to pay and supply chain projects including release scheduling and project management of workflow and SAP (MM & FICO) implementations. Rollout to Sasol sites across South Africa, Botswana and Mozambique, for 13000 users and 1000 vendors (suppliers and service providers), with further rollout internationally to be scheduled after successful local implementation. Recently completed a programme rolling-out self-service vendor procure-to-pay processes involving development partners, Accenture and Ariba.

Project and Delivery Manager: Responsible for JP Morgan WSS programmes; Chenin Technology, a transfer of technologies (hardware and software infrastructure) plus application systems and databases from Old Mutual Investment Group to JP Morgan. Main platforms: Sun Solaris running Hiportfolio Investment Administration System, SQL Server running banking and broker systems. Also for Beta Programme. Rewrite of back-end investment administration systems for Rand Merchant Bank Asset Management and Momentum Wealth Unit Trust. Middleware; UNISON, MQSeries, and Connex. Subsequently joined the ’Integrated Change Team’ planning a strategic global platform for Cape Town.
