Designed and developed over 135 SOP’s and processes for Expo 2020 operations relating to logistics and supply chain

Managed tendering for a restaurant booking application to support 5 Expo 2020 restaurants and tender management for rate card services and delivery across the site

Developed and submitted the post event operational decommissioning for all relevant areas
