• Facilitate the administration of IELTS exams in Qatar. Coordinating with all stakeholders (examination centers, various British Council departments, examination boards of professional and home office) through email and phone various exam venue for exam administration purpose

• One of the 3 Database Administrators for British Council Qatar online software tool for IELTS registration. (add users, delegate access rights and track any unusual activities)

• Assist in Preparation of routine reports to British Council management on a quarterly basis.
• Managing examinations related inventory for IELTS.

• Interface with vendors for supply of resources at exam venues.

• Raise purchase requisitions over SAP.
Other Tasks

• Maintain HR and legal registers in excel for contractual staff members.

• Contribute towards the Business development strategy of examinations in Qatar.

• Manage, recruit and train contractual staff for administering UK based qualifications in Qatar.
