My current profile has been a key factor to helping me explore and develop new skills. It has helped me adept in IT, accounting, sales, marketing, and finance and, of course, human resource management as to fully understand issues and inefficiencies in human resources and how to remedy them.
It provided me the scope to adept to a complete new culture and meet management across all different verticals and sectors in Kuwait.
The job duties/responsibilities as a consultant include:
Meeting new clients and introducing our service lines.
Sharing contractual details with clients & closing deals.
Advising management & clients on the administration of human resources policies and procedures
Serving as internal & external consultant by analyzing a company’s current HR programs and recommending solutions
Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
Ensuring HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures, labor laws and regulations
Preparing and maintaining reports related to HR, Marketing and Operations.
Planning and executing annual marketing activities.
Assisting with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow
Developing methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects
Conducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance
Identifying Training & Development needs and planning training programs.
Maintaining Social Media Channels and content
Advertising content on Social Platforms and Job Boards.
Maintaining Business Website & web content
Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs
Managing & empowering the recruitment team and business coordinators.
Planning strategies and implementation for the recruitment team.
Liaison with IT Support, Vendors and Suppliers.
Planning Job Fairs and attending job fairs on behalf of the business.
As a Senior Trainer my current role is that of a guide, coach and torch bearer to my advisors continuously working to impart a sense of pride and passion for the process.
I work to ensure that my team learns the process with a single minded goal of delivering “best in class” service while ensuring that my advisors charter and pursue their professional goals. My team is driven by their goals which are well aligned to the client deliverables and it is this alignment that helps us not only meet but exceed client deliverables
My goal is to work in tandem with the organisation goals of being the best in class and delivering world class service. It is this goal that has helped me add to my knowledge base while developing and honing my professional skills consistently.
Currently I also conduct “Train the trainer” modules wherein I mentor and train new trainers to train effectively and efficiently.
I also conduct Trainer Audits and Observations which includes observing trainers delivering the client training modules and imparting feedback based on observation to ensure effective process delivery from an end to end perspective
