Reporting
I am Directly reporting to the Administration Manger and ad hock reporting to the General Manager and the Chairman.
Job Role
➢ Maintaining Office files for purchase order received from different department.
➢ Updating the production order electronically in company Software programmed in UNIX based system and distributing the same to the concerned factories.
➢ Preparing and forwarding the job card for each order and submit the same to department supervisor.
➢ Preparing Final inspection report for the produced goods and send the same to Production Manager.
➢ Generate Goods Receipt Voucher & Create Delivery Notes and Packing List for finished goods.
➢ Controlling, Monitoring and improving the day to day activities of the store.
➢ Issue the material as per the issue slip with authorized signature.
➢ Co-ordinate between production and purchasing on all inventory movement,
➢ Ensure and maintain cycle count accuracy.
➢ Supply delivery of material, based on PO conditions, arranging inspection with QC Dep’t to check physical verification of quantity as PO.
Reporting
I was reporting to the Chartered accountant of the company who is responsible for financial accounting and courier operations in the company.
Job Role
➢ I have a very good experience in domestic and international courier field, starting from the package pick up to delivery in terms of documentation, delivery and operation for five years; this includes manifesting data to the system, and I have a firm experience in costing the courier products
